American Kiosk Management, LLC (AKM) is hiring a part-time Team Member for our Proactiv kiosk at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing. Our kiosks sell Proactiv, Proactiv
and Sheer Cover Studio makeup. Proactiv Skin Care Solution is the number one selling acne skin treatment in America. Our products significantly change the lives of our guests and help them to feel better about themselves.

AKM provides an excellent new hire training program and ongoing training to enrich your knowledge in products, customer service, sales and policies & procedures. Team Members will also become certified in our products in order to gain the product knowledge needed to effectively assist our customers.
Team Members are responsible for business activity at the kiosk during their shift. This responsibility includes:
- Provide a guest consultation by asking open ended questions, describing and demonstrating products effectively, answering customer questions and providing high quality customer service.
- Selling products
- Ensuring that the kiosk is maintained to corporate standards (clean, organized, and well stocked.)
- Opening and/or closing the kiosk including accurately counting and balancing the cash register.
- Making nightly bank deposits when you are the closer
- Maintaining good relationships with Mall Management by adhering to mall regulations
- Following all policies and procedures relative to cash management, product inventory control, loss preventions, etc.
- Completing other duties assigned in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful in this position, you must have the following skills and abilities:
- Strong, high quality customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with other Team Members, Store Leader and Divisional Director.
- Ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries
- Knowledgeable of the products and their benefits
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Computer and cash register skills
- Strong accountability
- Having previous work experience or having an interest in cosmetics, skin care or beauty is a plus.
Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $8.10, PLUS unlimited commission.
