The Severson Group is looking for the perfect candidate for a Statistician Consultant employment opportunity with one of the top five Telecommunications Corporations!
Business / Systems Analyst II
Overview:
Analyze data for the purpose of identifying data anomalies, drawing conclusions and determining scope of impact
o Recommend options to resolve issues
o Find meaningful insights and communicate insights effectively
o Design, implement and work audit processes
o Develop reports and communicate research and findings
o Manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
o Work independently with little supervision
o Machine learning preferred
Experience:
o Experience developing SQL statements required
o Experience with time series analysis required
o Experience with machine learning preferred
o Experience with R required.
o Experience with Oracle or Teradata database desired
o Prior experience in a data analytics role strongly preferred
o Knowledge of statistical methods required
Education:
BS in Statistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics required with advanced degree preferred. Other relevant work experience may be substituted
Primary Skill Requirement
Stats Consultant / SQL / Time Series Analysis
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
