Willing to teach a motivated person with less experience.
Job Requirements:
Food safety background in a production environment is preferred.
Must be mechanically inclined to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Confectionery production experience is preferred.
Must be able to safely work well under pressure.
Works well independently and with a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to follow all manufacturing compliance specifications.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to tolerate physical labor and standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to safely perform all duties as assigned.
