ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and online correspondence
- Answer customer inquiries on repairs and unit services
- Identify parts via part breakdown or customer descriptions
- Learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
- Process Warranty claims and customer orders
- Document customer issues and follow up with customers as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center or inbound call experience
