Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to clinicians to support their growth and development.
Develop and implement treatment plans for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and make necessary adjustments to ensure positive client outcomes.
Job Requirements Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.

, LPCC, LISW, LMFT) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in mental health Experience providing clinical supervision and overseeing the work of other mental health professionals About Syntero:
