The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will have a broad set of responsibilities and a mandate to assist the company in making better business decisions across key functions and business units.
The successful candidate will possess expert financial, planning and analytical skills complemented by superior interpersonal skills and the initiative to make things happen.
He/she will feel comfortable in front of senior management and will have the confidence to have a point of view and defend it.
The position will work closely with the CFO, Controller, and Senior Management team.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Develop Key Performance Indicators and business performance reporting Financial analysis and optimization of key Company metrics Analyze new potential products and lines of business A wide variety of ad hoc analyses as directed by Senior Management Monthly P&L analysis Assist in the Company's annual budgeting cycle and 3-year plan financials Investment analysis and post audit reviews EDUCATION &
Experience:
2-4 years of Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods financial experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field Expert financial skills, i.

discounted cash flow and ROI Understanding of accounting principles and impact on financial statements Demonstrated track record of advancement and accomplishment Demonstrated ability to analyze and influence vs.
