We are seeking a highly motivated person who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills for our full time Customer Relations Representative position.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Excels in deescalating customer interactions, demonstrating a high level of empathy, active listening, and genuine care to diffuse challenging situations and foster positive customer experiences.
Ability to engage customers on social media outlets and protect our web brand reputation (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Google+, etc.
) Possesses the patience to analyze and code customer surveys and social comments, aiding in our endeavor to actively listen to our customers' feedback.
Has excellent writing skills to respond on social sites, document customer interactions and provide weekly reporting and updates.
Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills, encompassing the capacity to skillfully resolve issues, foster consensus, and effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives.
Is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong ability to manage multiple projects/assignments concurrently.
Is a dependable Team Player that is flexible and adapts to ever changing requirements including operating under tight deadlines, pressure situations and willingness to perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Has strong computer skills in MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to efficiently provide well written and formatted reporting and presentations.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of previous experience in a customer focused business (Retail is ideal, hospitality, restaurants, etc.
