Our Engineering Operations Technicians I (EOT's) help keep them that way by working with the brightest minds from around the globe to help test and implement the newest technology and work practices to meet the demands of a changing market.

Let's work hard, have fun, and make history! Key job responsibilitiesSupervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenancePerform limited maintenance tasks to include:
filter changes, battery system PMs, and Rack PDU & Rack ATS replacementsPerform root cause analysis for operational issuesTroubleshoot facility and rack level eventsEnsure all personnel on-site follow safety protocolsWork on-call and a rotating schedule as neededTake daily operational readings and provide metrics reporting to senior engineersPerform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritizationA day in the lifeAll physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodationsWalk job sites in uneven terrainWork at heights and from laddersRegularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRegularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or moreCarry objects weighing up to 49 pounds for short distancesWork shifts longer than eight hours in durationRespond to off hour emergency callsMaintain balance and perform construction tasks while on a ladderCoordinate body movements when using tools or equipmentEffective May 15, 2017, logical access to the AWS GovCloud region will be restricted to Amazon employees who are U.
