The AWS Dedicated Cloud Solutions (DCS) team delivers AWS cloud services to US government customers who have unique access control, security, and compliance requirements in Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) regions (like AWS GovCloud).
We are looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Sr.
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the AWS DCS team and support Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community (IC) requirements.
As a TPM on the AWS DCS team, you will lead projects and programs spanning Modular Data Center (MDC) construction, refurbishment, and forward deployment.
You will engage with customers and work with them on site readiness and preparation to ensure that our systems and services scale to meet diverse DoD customer requirements in restricted access and classified (Secret and Top Secret) regions.
You will also drive process and technology improvements that reduce friction for customers and proactively address issues that help AWS meet a range of customer needs globally.
You will enjoy working backwards from the customer to solve big technical challenges and drive stakeholder communication.
You will work across business, product, and engineering teams to balance technical trade-offs, cost, and development schedules to delight our customers.
You will develop both broad and deep expertise, and a network of contacts and colleagues, from across AWS as you creatively solve exciting new challenges.

Key job responsibilities1.
As an individual contributor you will apply your writing and program management skills to create, document and implement an operations strategy/roadmap.
You will help to establish and deliver on key business metrics relating to MDC refurbishment, safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, deployment status, site readiness, and field service support in a production sustainment environment.

Are responsible for setting the goals and vision for the function, works with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Engineering, and Product / Program Management to identify & baseline the functional goals.

Build a deep functional knowledge to deliver on the service standards with highest precision and establish feedback mechanisms to track progress towards programmatic goals and objectives.

Deliver medium to high complexity projects and improve processes with significant business impacts and contributions to the operation through improvement to quality, productivity, or customer experience.
Work with various stakeholders within and outside Technical Operations to ensure product readiness, material availability, logistics support, and forward site readiness.
The technical operations Manager facilitates timely delivery of projects on roadmap to support the team and department vision.

The TPM candidate also needs to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
Keep abreast of performance trends, rise risk/issues, escalate effectively, eliminate blockers (within span of control), and establish mitigation strategies for material availability issues.
The person should be an innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills and a strong problem-solving capability.
The individual will be responsible for driving strategy and initiatives.
Would work with key business partners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
The key to success in this role is the ability to craft and implement a strategic vision and make independent decisions with sound judgment to attain that vision.
This individual needs to manage change and have the ability to build the right mechanisms to support our organization and influence other teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
