Responsibilities Position Summary The Transformation Manager will have primary accountability for providing process leadership and strategic execution of transformational activities within the Order Management Organization. This key leadership position is responsible for supporting the delivery of continuous improvement projects and analytics within the function to drive cost out and process improvement. Responsibilities Develop, design, integrate and manage the customer supply chain transformational activities Develop and implement policies, procedures, performance expectations and metrics for the order management organization in support of the overall Supply Chain strategy Provide leadership and coaching for significant organizational transformational changes Drive operational excellence through benchmarking, best practice adoption, process transformation, and qualification of business constraints/rules Prioritize transformation initiatives and activities to ensure alignment with Supply Chain strategy Establish performance goals, coach, mentor, and develop project leads (where appropriate) Quantify the cost of constraints in ADS order management and delivery; monitor exceptions to the process design and develop remedies Prepare and deliver business strategies, project summaries and updates to senior executives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 7
years related working experience in managing logistics operations, customer service and/or supply chain process transformation Experience in developing a budget and controlling costs Ability to think strategically, develop a vision, lead long-term planning, and roll up your sleeves to drive process improvement Must have strong financial acumen and knowledge of organizational structure Needs to be able to motivate/inspire others to perform at high levels without direct authority Must have a broad appreciation and understanding of change management, S&OP process, OTIF metrics, and implementation of ATP inventory promising Experience in standards driven process and lean processes Experience driving transformative programs and change management efforts Experience working with analytical tools at a user level and managing analyst resources The candidate must be able to develop and implement strategic direction for Supply Chain function
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
